This breakfast reminds me of good Mariuca, it was the first meal of the day, especially in the cold period of the year and as we really liked french fries, this dish came perfectly on the cold autumn-winter mornings. Grandma called them "fried eggs" and for her it was an easy dish to prepare for the at least 5 grandchildren she always had in her womb, plus the rest of her parents, a total of about 12.

He baked them in the oven, in the pan and sometimes they stuck to the bottom of the pan, but on top of that, we liked that part the softest yolks in which we bathed the toast on the stove.

I chose to call it Royal Breakfast, for several reasons, it was one of my favorite breakfast dishes and there was never anything left, it was hearty and nutritious, and the cheese on top stretched like a cheese of the highest quality and it is made from only 3 ingredients. To be honest, I still like it as much as I did then, only I replaced the bellows cheese with cheese.

Ingredient:
